Together, we work to improve the lives of people living with severe Acquired Brain Injury (sABI), support their families and advance the development of Teach an Saol.

Financial support

Joining the Friends community is free. Financial contributions are always optional, but they can help the Foundation to:

• develop new opportunities for clients;
• improve facilities, equipment and resources;
• enhance quality of life;
• support special projects and activities; and
• advance the development of Teach an Saol.

Public funding and donations

Donations and voluntary support do not replace the responsibility of the State and the HSE to fund essential services.

They enable the Foundation to provide additional opportunities, activities and resources that fall outside its annual Service Arrangement with the HSE.
